Top Hotel and fantastic service. They could not do a better job in serving the customer and a very slick organisation. Thank you

I loved the fact it has so much history. It was like we were staying in a living museum. The traditions are well cultivated and beautifully presented in the style and authenticity or the hotel. The staff are well trained, polite, informative and overall make the stay more pleasant and enjoyable.
There should be more options for people with allergies, for example the Afternoon tea was wonderful but options for people who have dietary needs would have made my experience even better.

The decor and ambience gives you a special feeling.
Restaurant service was a bit slow.

Good location, hotel room kept clean and comfort.
Poor facilities like swimming pool. No butler service. Staff is not as friendly as other 5 star hotels I previously stayed. It is absolutely not worth the money we paid for. Plus the lobby is super congested with high tea restaurant's tables. Left absolutely no space for us who just wanted to sit and chat.

Location. Excellent equipment in the room, and fascilty is just after being renoveted. Exellent harbour view from room window.
The room was narrower than I expected, compared to the cost. Most of room service menu finishes at 11 pm.
